FAQs

Can the dimensions of the display be customized to fit my products?

Yes. At DIMEko, every display adapts to the product, not the other way around. That is why we create fully customized POS solutions. Every display we manufacture can be produced in dimensions (height, width, and depth) specifically tailored to the physical characteristics of your products.

When designing the construction, we carefully analyze your brand identity, campaign objectives, and product specifications. If your products are heavier, we reinforce the base and shelves accordingly to ensure maximum stability and durability throughout the display’s lifecycle in-store. Our goal is to ensure that your products are showcased securely, remain easily accessible to shoppers, and stand out effectively at the point of sale.

No. At DIMEko, we have structured our production processes to be as flexible and business-friendly as possible, regardless of the scale of your project. There is no minimum production quantity requirement. This flexibility allows you to test different display concepts and design ideas without the concern of excess inventory or unnecessary storage costs.

We offer both production based on an existing design and the complete development of a new design concept. If you already have an existing design, our specialists will review it to ensure it is technically optimized for printing, production, and assembly.

If you are starting from scratch, our team of designers is ready to assist. We can create a visual concept that incorporates all of your brand elements, including logos, corporate colors, typography, and key messaging. The design can be fully customized to be in line with your current marketing campaign or a specific seasonal initiative, such as Christmas, Easter, or a new product launch. Our goal is not simply to showcase your products at the point of sale, but to effectively communicate your brand story and capture shoppers’ attention from the very first moment they encounter the display in the retail space.

Transparency and reliability are fundamental to the way we work. The process is divided into two main stages.

The first stage is the production of a physical prototype, which is typically completed within approximately 3 business days. This prototype allows you to evaluate the materials and design in person and test the loading capacity of the display using actual products. At this stage, we can make any necessary refinements or structural adjustments.

Once the prototype has been approved and the order has been confirmed, we proceed with full-scale production. Production lead times typically range between 10 and 20 business days, depending on the complexity of the display and the overall order volume. We continuously optimize our processes to ensure fast delivery without compromising quality. Throughout the project, you will be informed of the exact delivery schedule, allowing you to plan your logistics and campaign launch accordingly.

Absolutely. We are more than a manufacturer—we are your point-of-sale marketing partner. If you are unsure which type of display would work best for your products, our team will conduct a detailed assessment. We analyze your brand identity, product category, and, most importantly, the purchasing behavior of your target audience.

Based on this analysis, we will recommend innovative display solutions that have proven successful in retail environments. Our mission is to help maximize the return on your investment. Every display serves as a powerful sales and brand-building tool, and we will help you select the most effective solution for your products, objectives, and market.

Our approval process consists of two stages to ensure the final result meets the highest standards.

The first step is the production of a white sample. This is a display made from the final production material but without printed graphics. The purpose of the white sample is to verify the structure, dimensions, loading capacity, and ease of assembly.

Once you confirm that the structure meets your expectations, we move on to the second stage—the full-color prototype featuring your branding and artwork. This prototype allows you to evaluate the final appearance, color accuracy, and branding placement. Mass production begins only after receiving your final approval of the full-color prototype, ensuring complete control throughout the process.

Design files should meet the following technical requirements:

  • File Formats: We work within the Adobe Creative Suite environment. Vector files are preferred, including PDF, AI, and EPS formats.
  • Images: All photographs and raster graphics should have a resolution between 150 and 300 dpi to ensure optimal print quality.
  • Text: All text elements must be converted to outlines. This guarantees that fonts will appear exactly as intended across all systems.
  • Color Mode: We work exclusively in CMYK. Please convert all RGB colors to CMYK to avoid color discrepancies during printing.
  • Bleed: Please provide a bleed area of at least 5 mm around the die-cut outline. We recommend 10 mm whenever possible. This prevents unwanted white edges after cutting and ensures a clean final appearance.

If you require assistance preparing your files, our team will be happy to provide technical guidance or perform a pre-production file review.
