Production Facility
What makes us able to produce a wide variety of POS promotional materials and advertising products of the highest quality? DIMEko’s production facility comprises the most innovative print and digital print machines, gloss and matt lamination machines as well as gluing machines of different sizes and capacities.
In 2019, DIMEko became an FSC® C 150230 certified company. This certification was granted to us by the Forest Stewardship Council, an independent organisation that works towards the responsible overseeing of forests and green zones on a global scale. As its long-standing partner, DIMEko is committed to the prevention of deforestation and the reduction of overall pollution. In all our practices, we use biodegradable, non-carcinogenic glue and water-based digital inks of the highest quality. All the materials we use are FSC® C 150230 certified and 100% recyclable.

Hanway Revo2500W
We have the privilege of being the only owner of this industrial-grade high-speed corrugated digital printer in the Balkans. It was imported from China in 2023. It utilises non-carcinogenic dye and pigment waterproof inks of the highest quality. It provides exceptional coverage. The Hanway Revo2500W doesn’t emit large-scale amounts of flexo waste and wastewater as it uses a clean and efficient 4-colour inkjet printing process. This eliminates the use of natural resources thus reducing any negative environmental impact to a minimum.
EFI VUTEk HS125 F4
This is a machine for digital printing of the highest quality. It was imported from the US in 2020. It prints in six colours (CMYKLcLm + white) and includes optional 3D varnish and/or primer.
Jeti Mira LED
Imported from Belgium in 2018, this printing machine features the widest colour range with the lowest ink consumption per square meter. The adhesion is excellent. The drying process is extremely quick.
Bürkle LFC 2100
This is the latest addition to our production facility: a lacquering machine that we purchased from Germany in 2024. It includes a drying coating primer and protection lacquers. It can process full-sized finishings of digital printable media.
Felix Gluer: Single
This automatic gluing machine was imported from Poland in 2022. It utilises both hot and cold glue for precise micro dot and micro line application. It includes two different work tables.
Felix Gluer: Duet
Felix Gluer: Duet is the newest model in the innovative line of automatic gluing machines by the company Felix Gluer based in Poland. DIMEko is the first company in the world to incorporate this spectacular machine into our production cycle. Equipped with dual-head support, Felix Gluer: Duet provides unmatched flexibility regarding the diversification of production setups. The gluing machine utilizes 3 different modes of execution: singular, simultaneous, and mirroring. The singular one allows one working head to fixate on the display while the other applies glue over the entire area of the advertising product. The simultaneous mode allows for the parallel gluing of two identical advertising displays. The mirroring mode allows two working heads to glue simultaneously while in mirroring positions. Made up of 4 independent workstations, Felix Gluer: Duet significantly boosts productivity levels. The gluing machine has the capacity to automatically apply glue to more than 10,000 Shelf Displays and up to 1,100 Floor Displays on a daily basis.
