Multifunctional modular stands made from sustainable corrugated cardboard with a customized design—engineered for quick assembly, easy transportation, and repeated use
Produced by DIMEko using solely sustainable corrugated cardboard, customized modular stands created a one-of-a-kind atmosphere for Monbat’s conference. The project demonstrates how modern modular event solutions combine strong brand presence, sustainability, functionality, and long-term value through repeated use.
Following a key visual provided by the client, DIMEko developed a fully customized modular system that transformed the conference venue into an interactive labyrinth. Each team was distinguished by its own dedicated color, aligned with the brand identity of the respective battery line, allowing participants to navigate the space intuitively while creating a cohesive and memorable event environment. Each module was designed to function both as part of a complete event composition and as a standalone element.
The individual zones consisted of specially designed presentation panels (300 cm x 216 cm x 128 cm) for showcasing a range of strategies and ideas, cardboard podiums (62 cm x 43 cm x 101 cm), and cardboard chairs (45 cm x 35 cm x 56 cm), all developed as part of a unified event concept. A galaxy-themed floor sticker, manufactured from polypropylene and measuring 6 meters in diameter, visually connected all zones into a single immersive experience. All stands, presentation panels, cardboard podiums, cardboard chairs, and other structural elements were manufactured using solely FSC® C150230 biodegradable corrugated cardboard. In addition to reducing the environmental footprint of the event, this material enables the creation of durable, lightweight, and easy-to-transport constructions.
Unlike traditional single-use event décor, DIMEko’s modular stands are designed for long-term reuse. Once the event is over, each element can be quickly dismantled, compactly stored, reconfigured into a new composition and/or used individually for future conferences, team-building events, training sessions, presentations, exhibitions, and corporate meetings. All modular elements are quickly and intuitively assembled.
